Week 9 Player of the Week and Top Performers

The Week 9 Player of the Week is DJ Shelton of MHP. With DeMar DeRozan and Rudy Gay missing from the lineup, Shelton, who’s a nightmare for opponents with his versatility, scored 28 points and corralled 13 rebounds as the Most Hated Players went 1-1 during the final weekend of the regular season.

Here are the other top performers from Week 9:

James Harden #7 – LAUNFD

The Beard showed up at the perfect time for the game of the season with a matchup against back-to-back MVP Franklin Session and undefeated Birdie’s Revenge. Harden finished with 26 points and dished out six dimes as LAUNFD ended Birdie’s 26-game winning streak. With the postseason tipping off this weekend, Harden and LAUNFD look to capture another title since 2015.

Van Girard #35 – BB4L

Girard posted 23 points and was one board shy of a double-double to give BB4L a 10-1 record and first place finish in the Christopher Baxter Division this past weekend. The 2016 Most Inspirational Player of the Year is going to need to continue his stellar play on both sides of the ball if BB4L wants to be in the championship discussion after next week.
