and Russell Westbrook (not suited this weekend) -- You guys made this
weekend a special one!
- Drew League Foundation Scholarship Awards Fundraiser is July 16, 2011 at
the Proud Bird. Please Support this event as we honor by giving
scholarships to our college bound kids. Tickets are $65.00 and can be purchase
during the games.

support this event -- our goal is to try to help at-risk youth have an even
playing field in life.
- PARKING -- Is still a BIG issue. We are in the process of obtaining access to
a parking lot up the block that will include a shuttle to and from the gym. In
the mean time, lets PLEASE police ourselves and be courtesy to one another. DO
NOT BLOCK PEOPLE IN! A warning to game goers -- If you block a car and do not
respond to the PA announcements about you car, it can (and probably will) get
TOWED. TAKE NOTE!

- I want to say how beautiful this weekend was, everyone getting along and

providing refreshment to the participants.

- The Drew league is very important to all of us and we do not want a few people to destroy 38 years of success by trying to bring Alcohol into the FACILITY, please understand this will not be tolerated and smoking on the park is not allowed! be advised I am not just the Commissioner of the League but I am also a County Park employee here at the park and I will not jeopardize either for a group of selfish people, I am asking you to tell your associates this is a League for Friends and Family to enjoy.
