Week 11

  1. New Image - Did we see frustration set in? This loss may help them.

  2. Top Prospects - Dangerous first round match up with Da Fam.

  3. Hank's Cheaters II - A big win without Amir Johnson (Toronto Raptors) & Demar Derozen (Toronto Raptors) as Casper Ware goes off.

  4. AP1 - It all depends on who shows.

  5. Problems - They are peaking at the right time and that is bad news for everyone.

  6. Bad Guys - Game winner by Cat Mobley gets them ready.

  7. Lit'em up - Now this is the team we been waiting for.

  8. FMS - They must get Sac back to go deep into the Playoffs.

  9. AP2 - Not ready for prime time!

  10. ??? - YOU TELL US

Week 10

  1. New Image - No matter what happens next week they will be the over all top seed for playoffs

  2. NW All-stars - Back to Back games this week including Top Prospects will answer the question -- are they legit?

  3. AP2 - They won't get far with that thin bench.

  4. Top Prospects - Everyone says they are the team to beat.

  5. Hank's CheatersII - No inside game makes them vulnerable.

  6. Problems - I would not want to meet the 2 time Champs in the playoffs.

  7. Bad Guys - I think they put the final nail in the Coffin for the Champs Blazers

  8. Cheaters - They must have everyone there to have a shot.

  9. AP1 - There is always a chance when you have James Harden with you.

  10. Pro Training - I think Craig Smith is ready for a deep playoff run!

Week 9

  1. New Image - 5th straight week living in the Penthouse.

  2. NW All-stars - Who would have thought after their opening day debacle against CheatersII they would be sitting here at #2.

  3. AP1- James Harden arrived just in time before the ship crashed at Sea.

  4. AP2 - I guess we were wrong, Nick Young did walk through that door.

  5. Top Prospects - They get a weekend split thanks to Marcus Williams back to back super performances 39 Pts & 5 Asts on Friday AND 39 Pts & 6 Asts on Saturday.

  6. Hank's CheatersII - A tough triple OT loss to AP2 wiped away the best brother combo stats in recent history - Ervin Ware (27 Pts, 9 Asts, 6 Stls), Casper Ware (33 Pts , 9 Rebs, 6 Stls)

  7. Problems - 2 great wins over top 10 teams. Now we know who you are.

  8. Pro Training - It looks to me that they finally realize that Bear is the key.

  9. Bad Guys - 2 very difficult match ups to close out the season and this is not the time to falter.

  10. Cheaters - Basic fundamentals can make things easier... like making free throws!

Week 8

  1. New Image - 9 up, 9 down... can they become the 5th team in Drew League History to finish perfect?

  2. Top Prospects - They question the residents who are currently living in the Penthouse...

  3. Hank's Cheaters II - What they did to Hank's Spiders was BRUTAL!

  4. Bad Guys - They just continue to win without key members.

  5. NW All-stars - We don't talk much about these guys but their game speaks volume.

  6. Cheaters - Dorrel Wright steps in to lead the charge.

  7. AP1- Kirk you better hurry and get to a TAILOR your team is COMING APART AT THE SEAMS!!

  8. AP2 - SEE AP1

  9. FMS - This Garcia team is very talented led by Sek, Mark, and Phil

  10. Problems - No Doug, No Kenny "Bad Santa" Brunner, No Jerry "The Assassin" Dupree, and No Clyde -- WHO ARE YOU GUYS?!?!?

Week 7

  1. New Image (7-0) - People continue to question their schedule but 7-0 is 7-0...

  2. Top Prospect (6-1) - The Penthouse is now reachable.

  3. AP1 (6-1) - Maybe their demise was premature.

  4. Hank's Cheaters II (6-1) - Now that they have been off a week following a loss it's time to re focus

  5. AP2 (6-1) - Hey Kirk! Nick Young is not walking through that door.

  6. Pro Training (4-2) - If they can pick up where they left off the league is in trouble!

  7. Bad Guys (5-2) - When the whole gang is here, they are special.

  8. NW All-stars (5-2) - They now have the best uniforms in the league now they want to be the
    best team in the league.

  9. Cheaters (5-2) - They must have a consistent roster to be a factor come playoffs.

  10. Problems (4-3) - They pick up Larry Drew but will that be enough?

Teams that have been a disappointment but still have a chance...
  1. Blazers (2-4) - Hey Fellas -- don't be the first defending Champs to miss the playoffs!
  2. Lit'em up (2-4) - You guys still have your core players that pulled off the greatest comeback in Finals history, it's time to step up!
  3. K&E Bulls (2-5) - You have the fittest team in the league, maybe it's mental.
  4. Hank's Buzz (3-4) -This is a Professional Organization right? well start playing like one!
  5. Bulldogs (2-5) - They are on this list because they were a disappointment early but not now!

WHAT IS THIS?!? A list of teams that need a miracle to make the playoffs...

 

Week 6

  1. New Image - They stand a perfect 7-0 with a big win over AP2.

  2. Top Prospect - They TOYED with Kirk & AP1 as Coach Kelly & Coach Wally kept them focusED throughout the contest (or should we say NO contest...)

  3. Bad Guys - They keep on winning even without Cat Mobley.

  4. Cheaters - They find a way to win even with 3 (40+ players in the line up)

  5. AP1 - Is this team on the decline?

  6. Hank's Cheaters2 - They cannot afford to overlook teams or bad things will happen.

  7. AP2 - Please see the commentary for AP1 above...

  8. Pro Training - This is one mean team and I recommend you stay out of their playoff bracket.

  9. NW Allstars - Winners of 4 out of there last 5 games

  10. Hank's Buzz - Those bright uniforms must be blinding the opponents, they are 3-0 when wearing them.

Week 5

  1. AP1 - This team continues to play impressive ball... next up -- TOP PROSPECTS!

  2. Hank's Cheaters2 - They get back their main Guard Casper Ware (Long Beach State), who drops a smooth 28 pts on Lit'em up.

  3. New Image - These guys are so physical and they play hard all game long.

  4. AP2 - This Sunday they take on undefeated #3 New Image @ 5:15...

  5. Top Prospects - They get a chance to redeem themselves as they take on #1 AP1 this
    Sunday at 1:15...

  6. Bad Guys - The name fits them, this is one tough team.

  7. Cheaters - They pick up Aaron Affalo (Denver Nuggets, UCLA)...

  8. Problems -The wins are no longer blow outs, but a win is a win

  9. Pro Training - Anytime you beat the Champs (Blazers) it's a good win.

  10. NW All-stars - A very tough lost to Problems snaps their 3 game win streak.

Week 4

  1. AP1 - They get a MONSTER game from James Harden (Oklahoma City Thunder), who had to score 48 POINTS to hold off a tough Bad Guys Squad in OT.

  2. Hank's Cheaters2 - They show true grit winning a tough game without 3 starters.

  3. New Image - Hey has anyone noticed that this team is perfect after 4 games?

  4. AP2 - Without Mr. Young they will not go far...

  5. Top Prospects - You must pay your rent to stay in the Penthouse.

  6. Hank's Spiders - Pound-for-Pound Horace Wormley might be League's best player.

  7. Bad Guys - An Overtime lost to AP1 is no shame, they are a true contender to win it all!

  8. NW All-stars - Roland Jones is doing a masterful Coaching Job, they are 3-0 when he
    is Coaching.

  9. Cheaters - They must be rewarded as they evict Top Prospects from the #1 penthouse spot.

  10. Problems - Look who's back in the Neighborhood!

Week 3

  1. Top Prospects - Still residing in the Penthouse and looking down on everyone else!

  2. AP1 - What they did to Problems should make everyone else shudder.

  3. Hank's Cheaters2 - Winning there first 3 games by a 25 point average is scary - just
    ask the defending Champs Blazers who they just toyed with.

  4. AP2 - When 2009 MVP Nick Young joins the 7ft plus tandem of McGee & Closs- WHEW!

  5. Bad Guys - Just 1 more Big and they will be complete.

  6. New Image - With the addition of CJ Johnson they become more athletic.

  7. Hank's Spiders - Tough loss to AP2

  8. K&E Bulls - Mr Tresvant is for real and when Coach Tiny get a true Big, look out!

  9. NW Allstars - They survive a brutal beating in the season opener against #3 Hank's Cheaters2 only to comeback and win their next two.

  10. Pro Training - Please don't sleep on these guys, they are going to cause problems.

Week 2

  1. Top Prospects - Setting the tone for all to follow.

  2. AP1 - Big match up with #3 Spiders and no James Hardin to save them.

  3. Hank's Spiders - They were runner up in 2009 and will not settle for this in 2010.

  4. Cheaters 2 - Speed and Quickness led by DeRozen and Ervin Ware and await the arrival
    of Casper Ware - whew!

  5. Bad Guys - Cat Mobley and Coach Scott has this team clicking.

Week 1

  1. Top Prospects - When you have a NBA back court, what else do you need??

  2. Blazers - The Champs just toyed with the young Bulldogs.

  3. AP1 - Captain Kirk is at it again

  4. Pro Training - New uniforms and New attitude!

  5. Jaguars - Coach Lovely may just make it with this one.
